A COLLABORATION WITH CRYSTAL GREGORY
In four phases, Crystal and I used the architecture of the gallery to build a floor to ceiling loom, dye the cotton line with turmeric, and use powdered graphite and white sand to cast the woven textile in concrete. The final pieces hung on the gallery walls, completing the arc of their residency together.
